LIARS. the employees at this store are a bunch of scammers. They lied to me about our monthly bill that one of their employees wrote down on a paper then the so called “Manager” said he would credit us every month. Don’t believe anything they tell you. I called sprint within the 14 day return policy because the manager wants to charge us a “restocking fee” which is a lie, but sprint told me they could wave that fee. And the manger refused to do it. They also stole 450$ from me an my boyfriend and they refuse to give us a receipt for, because they stole that money. Oh did I mention that they tried stealing my boyfriends iPhone 7 Plus from T-Mobile but they never documented it as a trade in. Because they were simply going to sell it on their own. I’ve been back and forth with this store and tomorrow morning im going to the mall with my lawyer to speak to the mall director  to get camera footage of everything that was stolen from me.

Chris S was very professional.  He is very good at his job.  He informed me about everything he was doing which made the experience very good. I would recommend Chris S to all my friends and family.  Awesome customer service!!!

Hi guys just wanted to share my experience, a few weeks back,  I was at T mobile trying to purchase a phone and all they did was stress me the hell out and feed me some BS as I left the store I was approach by this cutie the manager Mr. Damien from Sprint of course lol and he said come in you look frustrated how can we help, I explain my situation and I got to tell you my frown turn to a smile his staff was amazing very helpful.  I was able to get myself a phone Iphone 7 Plus and also purchase a phone for my kids in a family plan, Mr. Horatio was very patient with me and help me pick the perfect plan that would work for me and my boys and yes did I mention the Manager is a cutie OK they are all wonderful. Great customer service 5 stars in my opinion Thanks for helping me threw this process  you all were amazing and made me feel like family to funny
