Great experience here with Jennifer.  She remembered me from my last visit (6 months ago) and helped me manage my total bill cost a little better.  No wait, too, but it was 2pm on a Sunday.

I went in to upgrade my phone and it wasn't busy so I was taken care of immediately.  Staff was not very friendly, but that doesn't bother me too much.  She got the job done.  Only problem was I was shocked when I got my next bill from ATT. Only the charges for the phone and the extra line were disclosed.  My initial bill and monthly charges were MUCH higher than I anticipated.  No extra charges were discussed with me.  I had to chat with an online AT&T rep for a long time  to finally get things squared away.   AT&T needs to be more transparent about charges when you first sign up for the phone, not when you finally get the bill.  Not a great experience.

Awful customer service!!!! I can't believe how unwelcome I felt. I left the store with in a few moments and will never go back. I have been an ATT customer for 20+ years and this was the worst experience. I will try the other store in Brighton, hopefully they are better.

Worst customer service ever. If you're representing a product or a brand you should back it up. Not put the blame and cost on your customers. You also should not argue with your customers. Rob was awful. I recommend another location and provider.

Usually receive good customer service. The one thing I don't like is when I take the time to schedule an appointment and still end up waiting like everyone else. So what's the point of the appointment?
