Your prices are way too expensive. Keep your but 1 get one half off.  You can run all your so called sales but not off suggested manufacturers suggest retail.  Won't be back. I'll give my money to a store that has realistic prices.

Love the selection and all in one (multiple family members) shopping in one reasonably sized store (not too big). Staff very friendly, available, knowledgeable.Gtreat finds in clearance sections.

Amanda at the front registers is awesome. She actually took the time to show me how to get Kohl's set up on my phone. Kudos to her!

As much as I enjoy shopping at Kohl's for young men and boys clothing, I find shopping at Kohl's for myself (50 something female) a huge frustration. Items on mannequins cannot be found anywhere near by. Items on sale racks are so tightly packed that removing one will remove the item on either side. No one ever seems available to help.  The price on the tag of any item is not ever what you'll pay at the register. Further, their reward program, Yes to You is completely incomprehensible.
