We are really satisfied new members. They are building a new store near us in East Lansing so we decided to drive to Brighton to check Costco out. All employees were extremely polite and helpful. The store was as clean as one could hope. We ate as we were leaving in the cafeteria and the food was really good with the cheapest prices on pop and bottled water I have ever seen.

If they have coupon/special discount on something they normally carry grab it.  Seasonal stuff, don't wait... Grab it. 

Hungry they have a great snack bar but samples in the store are awesome.  Like trick r treating for adults.

Costco is Costco, once you are a member, you may fill the back of your car or truck.  Good discounts on everything I buy, although I cannot speak for the prices of liquor, as it's not on my list.  Good supply of organic veggies and other foods. The works are friendly 99% of the time, just tired the rest.  Nice savings on gas, too.

A good location and handicap accessible. This location is pretty packed and busy on Sundays so pick your day to shop at this location wisely. Parking is plentiful and great. The roads to get here however are a little confusing for first time people to this location so be careful.

The management really needs improvement. They are lazy and don't want to help members. I asked a member of management to help my with an item and they got fairly rude with me like I was bothering them. Another time a manager named Jason got quite rude with me because I wanted to purchase a phone at the podium up front instead of standing in the really long lines. He proceeded to tell me that it's not his job to check people out because he was a manager and that I need to go stand in one of the lines. So I ended up standing in one of the shorter lines for about 20 minutes. I tried to contact management via phone but 6 months later no one to this day has contacted me back. I have since cancelled my membership and am shopping elsewhere.
