This place is wonderful!! I brought my boys' laptop computers to be fixed here. Best Buy wanted to send them to Kentucky and charge hundreds of dollars. The staff at CPS are so kind and charge a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

Lost me as an excellent, kind, professional repeat customer. "Repaired" my PC September 28th. Today is October 20, and my computer is having the EXACT same problem before CPS "fixed" it. CPS REFUSED to return to my site unless they charged me AGAIN. They stated that since it was over two weeks they would not come back unless they charged me again. It was exactly 8 days over the two week period, which I pointed out to them. Still they refused. I am out $150.00 and must pay someone else to repair the issue that they did not. I will never understand how companies think they can benefit from loss of goodwill. I have a 4 computers and two tablets and would have been a paying, return customer for years. And yet they blithely refused to treat me well. Go figure. Because they are losing literally hundreds of dollars over the course of years I would have continued to do business with them. But not anymore.

Outstanding experience. Staff was informed and super helpful on the phone and in person. Accommodating to my schedule and happy to help in the smallest way. Locally owned and operated which is a real bonus! Thanks CPS for your great service.

This place is great. Leanne is one of the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! They host my website as well as the redesign and maintenance.
