Horrible customer service!!! My Grandma has paid over $65,000 to AT&T and they would not work with her to lower her monthly bill from $390 to $180!! Going to Verison they got her bill down to unlimited data for 4 lines a month!!

I have been an AT&T GoPhone customer for 4 years. I had so many problems with phones that my anger level went from 1 (upset) to 25 (being horrendously angry) in 15 days. After not being able to return items purchased from AT&T to 5 different phones in 15 days. I finally DROPPED AT&T and will never go back. My AT&T service (GoPhone) @ $45.00 per month to $194.99 for the same phone, same service but instead of pre pay I went to post pay WTF???? Don't go here. False claims and the worst customer service I've EVER experienced. On a scale of 1 to 10, -50.🖓

My hubby was paying our bill this afternoon and he overheard what an employee was saying to a customer. The customer was having issues using her phone and instead of taking the time to help her, the employee told her it's pretty much common sense. That was bad enough, right, but when the customer responded no, it's not common sense, the employee then told her, certain generations of people seem to have issues. We have been AT&T customers for the last 15 years, not anymore after this. We will find a different carrier.
