Great experience! Went in to upgrade two phones last week and didn't feel pressured at all. Plus I left the store with a free tablet! It feels so good knowing that there's still quality customer service in this city which is so hard to find at other phone retailers like Verizon or AT&T. Thank you Grants Pass Sprint!

Horrible service. Town is about all they service reasonably well. Employee's lied to me in attempt to sell merchandise. Customer service over the phone is outsourced to some other country. If you manage to understand them the 7-8 second delay between you and them will fix that. Sprint is by far the worst provider I have had.

Normally hate going to cell phone store it takes to long then your being rushed. Was not the case here at this sprint store. Corey waited on us and actually stayed over a hr past closing to make sure we were set up right. Great team
