I'm not at all impressed. I've found the employees to be well-versed in the products sold, but completely unwilling to (cheerfully) deal with routine account / payment questions. That is to say that they have no interest in you unless you're willing too buy something. Update ... here again on 10/11, been waiting 10 minutes in the store, nobody's helping me. An associate (Michelle, I believe), finally approached me, and was massively hostile and combative with handling what should have been a basic customer service issue. *Absolutely* unacceptable service. I contacted AT&T's corporate office about the issue on my way out of the store.

The WORST customer service ever, especially the store manager Lynn. I switched from T-Mobile to ATT and opened a family plan with 8 lines. However, they were not helpful at all. They just wanted to sing the papers and let us get out. When I came back to correct the error they made on the paper work, the store manager wouldn't even talk to me. They NEVER care. My be they will, if you wear a pair of Jordan Air. Two years back I purchased my iPhone 6 from this store, and the people at that time were very helpful. Now, these new team and their manager are HORRIBLE.

WORST phone company ever! I switched to Verizon, and have MUCH better customer service. Anytime I had a question or concern, every other phone call I was treated cery disrespectfully, and they acted as though I was incompetent. I maybe a millenial and young, but no matter what, you should treat every single customer with respect. Also I was told by a male represenative that I needed to have my mother teach me how to check my online bank statements. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. Also they bill in advance and neglect to tell you that. At&t will not be seeing me as a customer unless it is a last resort, and even then I will explore every other option before at&t. They need serious improvements. Went into a store, asked about my bill, and the lady got all huffy with me, I told her, at&t just lost a customer because they were charging me way too much, and told her verizon is a lot cheaper, and she told me "no they are not, we compete very closely to their prices", I told her no, because I priced verizon recently compared to them. Before the unlimited plan came out I could get like double the amount of gigs of data for the same price at verizon. They refuse to uphold people to be friendly to customers either that or they have a poor understanding of what good customer service is. Adios at&t hope your CEO sees this review!

Very helpful helped me lower my bill figured out what I did and didn't need to have on my phone to be able to lower it. Lowered it by $100+. I'll take their service over anyone else's any day of the week. Thank you

I have purchased alot from this store and they all have been super helpful. They suggest but don't pressure. I have been happy with the service and that staff. It's a great place to get a phone.
