I bought a new stove top, double oven and a new fridge all at once for my new house during a holiday deal offering.  All are Kenmore Elite products.  Bottom line is that Sears service stinks.  I've had problems with first the oven and now the fridge.  When you call you'll be transfered to folks in India and back to folks in the US, and neither are going to do anything to really help you.  I'm going to be without my fridge for 11 days.  I'll never buy an appliance from Sears again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else doing so either.

Arrived near close with no appointment, the associate was very helpful and managed to get my tire replaced and got me on my way in no time.

Absolutely terrible customer care, bought a Kenmore vacuum that was defective, unfortunately I missed tje 30 day return by a week as it just started cutting off on me. Would not refund money & sales associate was quite rude. They are now having to reorder the vacuum i bought but refuse to ship it to my address.  Will never shop here again. At least Bed, Bath & Beyond know how to take care of their customers.  No wonder Sears seems to be going out of businesses,. Was told a new vacuum would be at the store on Thursday for me to pick up, it is now Saturday and i still have heard nothing from Sears. Just called the store to find out what's going on and guess what, No Answer.  Had to leave them a message, will see if they return my call. Over a week and a half and still no call to let me know if vacuum has arrived for me to pick up. Absolutely disgusting.  Called them today & sales associate was clueless.

Terrible customer service!  I called the local number to inquire about a part for a washer.  I got kicked over to a national call center. I called back and said 'operator' during the automated announcement.  It finally transferred me to the appliance department, where an answering machine picked up and asked me to leave a name and number for someone to call me back.  As you can expect, no one has returned a call.  I will spend my money elsewhere.
