I took my phone Friday morning for the screen to be replaced. It was supposed to be fixed by 1, but when I arrived, they said it would be Monday! I called Monday afternoon and they said it would be Tuesday. When I finally got my phone, the manager was rude and tried to give me a 5% discount instead of the 10% I was promised on the phone for inconvenience. These are franchises, and I would highly reinvent you use Greenville's store. I have been there, and they finish within a timely manner and have great customer satisfaction

I took my iPhone to this place to get the cracked screen fixed. The first time I had it fixed the home button wouldn't work afterwords so I took it back and they fixed it. Then the two corners on the right side of my screen were raised up. I worked a full time job then and couldn't get there before they closed but recently I left that job so I took it back and they said it was because it was bent and the woman who fixes them said she shouldn't have to fix it because the warranty on their repairs only last six months(I wasn't told this when I had her fix it the first time nor was I told that it was bent so the screen might not stay) but she'd fix it anyway. She fixed it and afterwords the volume buttons didn't work. So I took it back there AGAIN and she looked at it but was rude about it. Fixed that then left. Then my battery which was 100% fine before this wouldn't charge. She ran the battery on the phone down while fixing it so it was on three percent. Plugged it in to let it charge and it wouldn't charge... That was last night. This morning the phone is on two percent. And the only thing they'll do is replace the battery which is expensive. Yet there was nothing wrong with the battery to begin with. Just want to clarify the one star that I'm giving is for the employees that work up front that are fantastic and friendly. But the woman who fixes the phone is rude and does not know what she's doing at all. Took my phone there five times and now I can't even use it at all because it won't charge.

Beware this place messed my daughters IPhone 6s plus up! My daughter took her phone here and they told her she needed a battery. When she got it back her screen was dark in some spots. They told her it was a backlight and it would cost $299. Then next day she took it back they told her the motherboard was fried and offered her $50 dollars for her phone. They messed it up and then wanted more money to fix what they broke. Now the phone isn't even usable.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of my repair. I needed an LCD screen for my iPhone 6s Plus. Now the Gorilla Glass screen protector was less then impressive. I was home wiping fingerprints off and it just cracked. It wasn't even "glass" it was very cheap plastic. I will recommend repairs at Batteries Plus but not screen protectors. For $30 I demand better.

Replaced my cracked iPhone6 screen in a very timely manner. Tim was very courteous and professional. No surprise charges. Very impressed.
