The associate that helped me was awesome she was very knowledgeable and answered all my dorky questions I'm not so good at technical stuff. Very friendly I was happy and satisfied.

The absolute worst Walmart I've ever been too! I don't even want to waste my time explaining but I will. I arrived here about ten pm on the phone with my brother discussing what spark plugs I should get for my car. As I walked in I bought a Starbucks coffee and proceeded inside arriving at the automotive section. I notice a man constantly watching me and I felt super uncomfortable. I even acknowledged he was watching me by making eye contact and saying "what are you watching me for?" He just walks off and ends up coming back shortly by hanging around the center aisle. I grab my items and (while he is apparently watching me) place my empty can down in an empty nearby shopping cart. I admit I might have been messing with him a little because he had been watching me for so long. I walk to a self check out and pay for my items totaling around 75 dollars because I also bought a jack for my vehicle. Once I got my items bagged and my receipt I turn around to see him standing there asking if I was going to pay for my drink. I then noticed 3 workers standing guard at the door and proceeded to state to the idiot that he wasn't such a great detective and that watching me for as long as he did was not only a waste of my time but also of its employer's. I showed him the receipt for my drink I had bought earlier and let him know even after he apologized that he was creeping on me, and he looked like a ninja turtle. He did, like a cross between a ninja turtle and master shredder. I can't imagine what women must feel like with someone creepy like that watching them. There are enough creeps as it is in this world already. Walmart shouldn't employ such incompetent people for security. This is not a joke! Not a game! This is my true Walmart story.

I was very disappointed in my walmart visit today. I returned an Ozark Trail we purchased 4 months ago. The back ripped out of it. Was told they could not do anything about it because it was over 90 days. Shouldn't something you paid $20 for last longer than 4 months? Very dissatisfied!

Rosalind at the customer service desk is one of the nicest people I have ever met!! She made my day with her positive attitude and her professional service. Rosalind is the literal definition of great customer service. She is a valuable asset to that store and Walmart should do whatever they have to do to keep her at that position.
