Had a real mess going on with my account today and sales representative Marco was patient and professional and took his time to get my issue that I’d been battling and disputing for two months, resolved. I left VERY happy and stress free. He does a remarkable job but most of all he had compassion for me as a disappointed and frustrated customer. Thank you Marco!

Horrible customer service.
I wad told by the salesman "they are there to sell stuff", not address problems.

Customer service left something to be desired. They were rude and could care less if you were served or not. The impression was that we were bothering them by just being there, forcing them to work.

Dissatisfied for the long wait. No appointments available for the day. This store is always very busy and customers don't get the service we deserve for the monthly $ we pay.
