Terrible customer service. The Gentleman whom helped me looked as though he did not want to be at work and was trying to sell me a plan without proper explanation. One representative had his back turn to me like I wasn't even there. Their nasty customer service makes me want to switch to another carrier.

Horrible customer service!!!!  If you don't want to work there QUIT!!! My issue was never resolved.. Waste of my time!!  I've been a customer for over 10 years I was very disappointed.
