Great customer service, the staff have great knowledge in games.  The best gamestop to go to on Long Island.

I love this store as I have gotten my games and accessories through here! The store employees are with the whole gaming atmosphere but some are not 100% committed to the art and legacy of games like mwah!!!!!!! 
You won't find everything (Also check your prices online to Gamestop just a hint) but it won't be game over here either!!!

Hands down the best Gamestop I have ever been to. Crysta and Ryan went above and beyond when helping me locate what I was looking for. When we couldn't find it out in the floor they both went searching through the stock the back to make sure every possible option was provided to me. I have been to a lot of Gamestops and stores in general where the staff would rather be dismissive then go the extra mile for the customer. Better yet, when I came back two days later the manager told me if I let him know what else I was looking for he would keep his eye out and put them aside for me.
I am truly amazed at how well I was treated and helped, I couldn't imagine going to another Gamestop for any of my gaming needs.

Horrible experience the "manager " is rude and sarcastic, never shopping here ever again.
