When I went last week the salesperson that helped me was Lorena, she was very friendly and helpful. I had previously gone to different location but I left due to my frustration. When I came to the dadeland location Lorena immediately identified my problem and resolved it easily! Thanks so much for your help!

I had a great experience with these guys, i will admit i had my doubts with it being a kiosk , but service aas amazing . My reps name was J and he hooked me and my sister up with a  great plan!  I would absolutely go here again and ive already sent several other relatives over there who all agree!

I had a positive experience with a rep named steven. He told me exactly what to expect on my bill and he was the most knowledgable one out of all of them. These people that are complaining clearly didn't listen when the fees were being explained. Overall nice guy and helpful!  Thanks u tmobile

In my experience, this kiosk in the mall is well stocked and has helpful, knowledgeable staff.  The fact that they have what might be called aggressive pricing is not a concern, since when I switched last month from ATT I discovered I could get a much better plan for less.  As for coverage, I get signals with T-Mobile in places that I never got coverage with ATT.  What's more, T-Mobile has far cheaper (free text and cellular data!) when abroad.  The person who helped me was Samantha, who was terrific, but I suspect the rest of the staff are good too.  On my first visit I was not pressured, just informed, and after looking into the benefits of switching, I did it and am glad I did.
