Receiving good customer service is either a hit or miss. If the sales rep gets a sense that you're in the store to spend some money then oh yeah, you'll get all your questions answered. But if you're browsing don't expect much. I recommend you haggle a bit with the sales rep to get a better deal. I also recommend to always add their warranty to any of the items purchased. I had it for a TV that they couldn't repair and they gave me store credit for the value of the TV. I was very satisfied with this. Overall, they have competitive pricing and their customer service is above average.

Love this place for electronics. Its kind of like the fast food for home entertainment. Good prices, but knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely would not recommend this brand smart at all! From the moment you walk in vultures descent upon you to sell you over priced TVs and other electronics. If you truly need something please check out Best Buy or amazon, you will certainly get screwed coming here. Horrible selection for the price they will want you to pay.

worst service ever the gave me a 11 to 3 window for delivery (building delivery times are 9 to 5) showed up at 5:30 so the delivery was not possible after waiting for them all day. they rescheduled for 2 days later 11 to 3 waited till 6 pm for them to call me to tell me they cant make it again. I asked to cancel the order they put me on a forever hold. lost 2 whole days not cool
