Poor Customer service. Assistant Manager unapologetic for their error... Sold a phone case cover that was not suitable for my son's phone. When we returned to the store to exchange it,  we were advised to visit Best Buy or Amazon as they did not carry the cover.   Strongly urge store Manager to conduct or coordinate additional customer service training for supervisors and staff. The staff members I interacted with were extremely lacking.

Worst store ever! Worst management! Don’t waste your time coming into this store. The managers nor the associates will help you with anything. They don’t care about their customers. They always say that they cannot help or that they don’t know the problem and always suggest you call for service. I’ve had several bad experiences in this store and after today, I am definitely not coming back. The only thing they do is talk to each other and be on the phone ALL THE TIME! And if you ask them for help with anything, they give you attitude and look at you like you’re stupid! They just sit in their chairs and do nothing at all! Stay away! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went to the store because my phone was under my father family plan and i wanted to change to a plan for me and my wife. 
After being attended by an associate she told me that we had a problem with our account and that they cannot release our numbers to a prepaid account. She look for the manager and she told me the same thing. Basically they suggest me to switch to another company if i wanted to keep my current phone number or i can opt for a new number. 
Not the manager or the employees knows how to solve a simple problem. 
I ended up going to another store and in less than 10 min i had my problem solved. So if you want something more than to pay for a bill go to another place because here the staff doesn’t have the proper training to solve even basic issues.

I usually go to the ATT in Kendall, but tried to solve an issue with my phone there. They employees there are very rude. You can wait there forever while employees take their time and take breaks. They don't even look at at you. I waited over an hour to be seen
