Purchased a plugin on Saturday. Paid using PayPal and was told I'd shortly receive a confirmation of my order. It's Monday evening and still no confirmation. This was advertised as 'fast e-delivery'. 

So Monday comes and I use the chat feature on their site to speak to Cris. Ask him for a timeframe/confirmation. He said 'let me check on that' and apologized. Oh great, I thought. And then he left the chat without answering at all. 

So then I called them -- during business hours. Tried prompt 2 for orders. Listened to hold music for 10+ minutes. So I called again and tried hitting 0. Got a voicemail. Called back and hit prompt 1 for sales. Surely any business has someone on the "sales" phone. Nope. Voicemail. 

So then I thought, hey - maybe they are busy with customers in house. I will just email them. So I did. And got an immediate mail delivery failure message. I even tried sending it again to the misspelled email address on one of their website's pages ([at]littelfishaudio) but that's just a typo after all. So their sales email and phone don't work. 

So now I have had money taken out of my account for a digital product that should have been delivered nearly immediately and I can't even get a confirmation email or status 3 days later. Starting to think this is a scam, which is pretty sad since their site says they are there to 'humbly serve'. Amazon can get me hardware delivered in 2 days. These guys can't even answer a question. 

So, if you like spending money on something and getting no confirmation, no product, and no service, shop here. Otherwise I would go anywhere else.
