Brought in a new iPhone (purchased at another at&t store by another member of my plan) and just needed simple activation. Marie helped me through the process and was lovely to talk to while my phone was setting up!

The store manager here is awful!! Did not help at all!! I had a duplicate bill on my account that was AT&t's fault and the store manager on the other side of the room is saying that it was my fault!! Really??? And continued to be very brash, disrespectful and rude  I've been here for five hours spending over 1000 dollars on product Wahhab F needs to be Fired!!! Not once did he come over here and check on me. Terrible experience all together.

I don't have any trouble at this location that I can recall. Some of the past employees knows me well, but know new workers can careless. I've a unlocked Pixel phone and wanted to see if I can perhaps get another line for traveling. Employee that sign me up was truthful and honest by telling me to go to Cricket as it's subsidy of at&t too. That itself save me time waiting for a reply to help me and go over things that I already knew. So, I get them credit for being straight forward and recommend me to their sister carrier. Fantastic.

I just want to say this... Jenny and Jonah was the best!! I was having problems for 2 days with my phone went to 4 different stores to find myself still in the same situation so I went to lake shore AT&T... between those two customer service reps they mad sure I walked out of there satisfied with my phone back working and getting a replacement phone. Thanks Jenny and Jonah

Wonderful store!  The people are the nicest and friends that I have come across.  Very knowledgeable and helpful with an issue.  I will definitely go there again.
