i used to use ATT/Direct TV, the agent in the shop help us switched to new Uverse /internet for us but DID NOT cancel our Direct TV account. We did not find out until direct TV billed us. We are super upset.  This shop is very unprofessional . They are sneaky and cheating in customer service. Should call to the main office and get the guy fired.

Find it hilarious that in the first line of the description it says "Telecommunications company" and your number listed to contact the store is busy.

Not a full retail place. Don't have all the devices on hand but you can go to discuss your account. I believe they are fluent in Mandarin here.
