Came here to play Pokemon go because there's a place to sit ouside that is in range of two gyms one of which is sponaored by sprint and is ex raid eliguble. Just got my first mewtwo here yesterday. Idk if their services are any good 💁 Google noticed I went here and asked for a review

Literally the worst sprint store I’ve ever been too. Emeryville isn’t much better but better than this one by far. Customer service is absolutely trash.

I would give negative star for this store if I could. specially about customer service. STEPHANIE the assistant manager of the store is very rude. I asked nicely if I could return my phone because of the satisfaction guaranteed because I don't like my current phone. She told me I have to pay $75 for restocking fee. She said it states on the receipt but I never got my receipt when I bought my phones so I asked for my receipt and she encircled the statement that says restocking fee is $35. what is this? how could she be an assistant manager? she lies to customers, she's rude, no manners. shame shame shame. never coming back here again! people do yourself a favor don't ever come here!!!!!!!!!!

The Salesperson was efficient, just not enough personnel, waited at least 50 minutes.
