Worked with a young man named Cedric, he was very knowledgeable and professional.  He knew the products features and encouraged me to move to the Android platform for the experience that I was looking for. 

After i purchased the Note8 he took me through a short tutorial so that I understood some of the features on the phone.  I was so pleased, I ended up buying a Samsung Watch and headphones.

I went to this store with my brother and his wife to create new account on my name because I used to have line under my brother account. So a young representative came to us and start working in my brother account to port my no. And create new acc. For me. That time he try to do his best but the system did not able to take that no. Because of my brother unpaid bill. So we went other store which is nearby my house and I create new account.  after a month we found that at poplar store the account was created that day with out our notice. And now I have to own at&t $348 for unnoticed line. Its very sad. People in the store look nice but They try to cover some one mistake and put on u....

I was really impressed of the customer service that was provided by Percy Campbell, not only did he resolve my issue but provided me a quick, friendly experience. He also introuduced me to new products that AT&T are offering which could be beneficial to me in the near future.

The manager named "Joy" did a awesome job! She stepped in when team members were busy! I appreciate her and ask for her! She is great!!

Excellent AT&T store very friendly staff especially Mr.Swain. If  you are looking for a great deal on cell phones, home internet, or cable service go in and ask for Swain, he will take great care of your needs.
