Products are great. Service was terrible. There was no greeting when I walked in, no one to point you in the right direction.

Very bad costumer service and monogrammed off center. Ordered these for Christmas and called customer service, and they said they couldn’t do anything for us and they want us to pay for shipping for the return.

Update: They sent us new ones and still very off center. These aren’t cheap, and we shouldn’t receive cheaply made items.
