Went in about 45 min before closing time on a Friday night in late December. The wait wasn't as long as it had been during the day. I had gotten a new phone and wanted number ported over from other phone. I don't remember the man's name who ended up helping me; he didn't introduce himself. He was probably in his 60's. He seemed tired and mildly friendly, but then yelled at me when I got confused about which sim card was laying on the table. He said, "that's the sim card for THIS phone! What do you want me to do!?!?" I just said, "Oh. okay, sorry" and sort of chuckled. He told me the cheapest option available is $45/month, which turned out to be untrue, but I didn't find that out until just now, a month later when I looked at plans. Then, when he had me call my previous carrier to ask them for the ID on the phone, he got up and disappeared through a door to the employee area, and didn't come back until several minutes after the call was finished, just before I was about to give up and leave. I'm pretty sure AT&T can do better than this. I was already leery of them after they signed up a 90 yr old relative with 2 yr contracts on multiple devices he couldn't figure out and never used past the first 3 days of having them.

This place needs help. The wait time is crazy and they didn't even solve the problem.

I went into see what was wrg w/ my phone as it was locked and i couldnt use it . They fixed it pretty quick .
