Slippery sales techniques typical of AT&T. Sales person talked me into signing up for Direct TV on the promise it would get me UNLIMITED Data plan. FAILED to mention that my phones would no longer work as a Hotspot! She also didn't mention I have to keep my worthless outdated Uverse internet service at my home to get that $45 per month Direct TV plan.

Waited thirty minutes before even being acknowledged, in any way by salespeople. Very unfriendly.

The remote went out went to AT&T store 
Not friendly and would not help said call AT&T I was given 0 help I never should have dropped time Warner

AT&T is a criminal organization spying on not only their customers but all internet customers seeing how they have access to the backbone of the Internet
Sending over 30 thousand emails per day on local and international calls world Leaders
Don't believe me look it up on the Internet it's all documented back from the Snowden files
At first AT&T denied it now there a minute ago

Irvine was fantastic until a guy came out (without a name tag) absolutely unprofessional and lacks of any customer service skills, all what he cares about is pushing you to buy anything. Worst stores I ever walked in.
