Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! Do not come into this store. I came in needing to turn in a phone I use to use on my grandma's account before switching to Verizon (switch to Verizon they actually care about their customers and the service is much faster) and the girl at the register did not know how to help me so she asked a man named Brandon.. such a rude man. Didn't give me one smile, asked me questions I knew nothing about like I was suppose to know them, shoved my old phone I haven't used in months in my hand to input codes I barely remember not even telling me why. Made me do all this pointless iCloud password changes only for me to find out the phone I'm turning in isn't even connected to iCloud. Their computer said it was and no matter how much I showed them my old devise wasn't on there they just said I had to go to the iTunes Store...... this was after 30 minutes of being in there for nothing. On top of it all Brandon said the F word for whatever reason cause his computer wasn't working...... not appropriate customer service! Horrible.

I have been with sprint since 2007. Rarely do I have any problems with them. When I do they always fix it to my satisfaction. I have five lines with them and the price is great. Love it!!

Said they were going to be right with me yet helped another customer first because they recognized him.  Not exactly great customer service.

I would just like to say sprint is one of the worse telephone companies I've ever dealt with. Just lossy service overall . Lots of dropped calls internet freezes up a lot . If you don't have a contract with sprint I wouldn't recommend one.
