It's only good if you need to make a quick payment. But otherwise look for another t- mobile. Because the employees here are a joke.

Not a company-owned store.  Lots of agents standing around playing with their phones.  If you're making account changes, set aside an extra 30 minutes for the agent to make several calls to corporate to learn about current promos.  Better yet... keep driving and find another T-Mobile location.

Not a fan of this T-Mobile, customer service always comes with attitude and they are not as knowledgeable as the store on 17th Street.  This location,  they do not ask questions or try to understand the problem and their solution was wrong ... I was able to get my phone working myself after a couples of days

Called in to find out about promotions and got put on hold for 20 mins and just randomly hung up on. Time to find better employee's TMobile.
