Me and my wife seat in there with my son and mother and in law. We was there from 12pm to 220pm with not doing anything done. They told us it would maybe 2 hours long for them to help us. There was two other people in there..

Go to the corporate store on New Road instead (I usually go there but in this case I had this broken my old phone and needed a new one ASAP & that store was closed). They had a new individual helping me out about 20 days ago who accidentally gave me the wrong iPhone - iPhone 6 Plus instead of the iPhone 6s Plus that I asked for. I didn't notice until I began to google differences on the 2 phones and finally discovered I was given the wrong phone - 20 days later. Came back in to the store to see if they could help me out to switch to the 6s plus & it was the new individual trying to help me again. Had to call a coworker for help & then I asked for the managers number, said he didn't have it, & told me to call customer service so I continued on. I know it was partially my fault for not double checking before I left the store but still, I wish they would have given me the correct phone & at least tried to help me out.

I don't know if they lack training at this location or if it was just pure laziness .but they couldn't activate my new upgraded phone he called the att customer service told me my phone was already activated and said he couldn't "do anything else about it " I took it to the one on new road n it was on in 5 minutes
