This store is a joke, ZERO knowledge of customer service and the laziest, slowest moving employees I have ever seen!! I had made an APPOINTMENT prior to arriving at the store and was told that my appointment pretty much didn't mean jack! I was put in que behind the 7 other walk ins before I had arrived! Plus I had to ask several people how to check in because nobody greeted you upon arrival!  What is the use of an APPOINTMENT (showed my appt on the screen on the wall before I walked in) if they do not honor it!!! AND besides the fact I have been a Sprint customer for 17 YEARS and I get treated this way they totally RUINED my sons birthday present because I was there to pick up the phone I bought online for him!! I even asked the manager if he could at least give me the phone and I would return to get it set up and he said, NO there are no computers available to do so!! Seriously???!!! Mind you I had already ordered and signed paperwork online so I should have been in and out of the door! PLUS I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!! This store needs a serious overhaul!! Its not sprint its Human Stock!! I will be contacting the corporate manager for this area and escalating this issue!!!

Awesome experience! Came in for some help activating my phone after an awful experience with the customer service via phone. Ben was helpful, informative and very thorough! He sat with my husband and I for at least an hour to ensure that our problems were solved! Sprint's lousy customer service via phone was quickly forgotten due to how great Ben was! Thank you Sprint!!

The pure lack of decent customer service is why I will be switching carriers in a couple of months once my contract is up. Went in with a phone that updated a bunch of software and then quit working. I pay for the insurance so I don't have to go without a phone but was told my options were to send it out for 5 to 7 business days and go without any phone or to upgrade (buy a new phone). No other attempts to satisfy this paying customer were made and I find the whole experience extremely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this store.

Terrible customer service!! It's best to just call in they understand the concept of customer service.  ***Update*** the people on the phone told us they could mail the phone or go into the store everything is taken care of and all I have to do is turn in my old phone and they set will set up new phone. Rude ads people in the store can't do it because she didn't note the account. Sick of jumping through hoops I tell the manager you know a customer should never be stuck between a rock and a hard place. He continues to tell me he can't do anything not even acknowledging my statement. I leave the store drive to Verizon we've set up an appointment with a Rep we walk in they check us in I got the the best customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. They are opening and closing the door for customers. Asking if everyone has been checked in. Actually tell the customer we I could try to do this or lets try that. Actively trying to help customers know what the problem is and how to fix it. Sprint would never say anything like that. The extent of their "tech support" is do a hard reset loose all of your info if that doesn't work bring it back in and we can do another here. What can't we do this now while I'm already here. Sheer stupidity. Sprint you better try and learn some pointers and tips from Verizon. I watched people flooding into the store to switch. Just saying.
