I was very pleased with the what was available. Such as another golf cart battery to use for the tournament tomorrow, while they check out the one we bought 2 mos ago. (they readily informed of the 2 yr warranty as well) But even better, Josh (i believe?) helped tremendously by programming  the remote key that I bought for our new truck.  He even helped with setting some of the other functions, that were confusing for me.  A Big thumbs up!!  :)

After having a poor experience at War-Mart getting batteries for my three watches, I headed over to Batteries Plus Bulbs to try to find what I needed.  When I arrived, not only did the gentleman promptly greet me, he also offered to change out the batteries with all new ones once I told him what I was looking for.  When he handed the watches back to me, I discovered that not only were the watches functioning properly, but he also set the current time and date for me.  It's the little things like this that make this store's customer service excellent!  Thanks JDP!

My best friend and I went in last weekend to get her screen and battery replaced. She lives in west which is a 45 min drive to batteries and bulbs and they fixed the screen but broke her camera and micro phone we did not notice until that night once they were already closed. So we came in this weekend and tried to get the part they broke replaced and they said it would be done that day we left a number for them to call and they said they'd be done at 1. Well 3:30 rolls around and we still hadn't received our phone call so we went back up there around 4:30 and they said they had to order the part and it would be in the following morning and they could have it down first thing! We go in today at 1 to pick up the phone that was left over night and they hadn't done it still!!! They said the part would be in at five and I gave them my number to call to let us know when the part came in we once again received no phone calls!!! He finally got our phone fixed but it was four trips in from west and back!!! As we are outside waiting for him to finally put in the new part we waiting for go on now almost two full days one of our friend showed up she had come to get her key fab reprogrammed and new battery and they ruined her car. Her car wouldn't start and she still had to pay the full price. And now has to go to Nissan to get her car to work!!! They have messed up everything since we've been there and haven't seen one satisfied customer.THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING FOR ANY REASON!!!

I have used battery plus for all my trucks, rv, motorcycle and atvs, got years. I went to the store in Waco tx and this was the worst battery plus location I have been in, they could care less about the customer. I have a motorcycle and replaced the battery in Jan, I live in Arizona and at an rv park in Waco Tx. I went to start my bike battery dead, went to Waco location for warranty on battery, I was told the had to charge for 24 hours to see if the battery is bad, It is company policy. Well they had the battery and could not drive the bike for "24 hours". Went to Wal-Mart for new battery, well see ya battery plus, rude, poor customer service, smart ass smile.

Bought an IPhone 6 battery here about a month or two ago, now everytime my phone dies and I go to charge it, it won't turn back on until about 2-3 hours later. When I plug it in it will pop up with the "on" (white screen with black Apple icon) and will turn on for a split second until it turns back off again. Each time if turns on I notice that the battery is at 1%. It is a huge inconvenience because I end up not being able to use my phone for about 2-3 hours. I have even bought all new chargers but it still won't turn on.
