Sometimes I feel like I know more than the staff there. Doesn’t make them seem very helpful. Also heard multiple stories of friends guitars getting messed up after being worked on by their tech. I still frequent the place for the products though. Great selection.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Only place in Waco,Texas to purchase DeOxit products on a Sunday afternoon! Also, they stock vacuum tubes for guitar amplifiers that are also used in many Amateur Radio and Shortwave listener tube type receiver equipment. Anyone that finds themselves In need of a 12AX7A, 6L6 etc. should check here.

I love Guitar Center, I have bought 3 guitars in the last yr. and a/half. 1 amp at the Austin Tx. store. Very happy. Although I have to add that the customer service is sometimes lacking 😕 It seems to take forever before someone waits on you. Your presence is there waiting, but sometimes it feels as though that because I'm a female that I don't receive the attention I deserve. You guys need to work on this. 😊
