This facility is nicely built and structured. Communication is poor. For a basic oil change, I recommend scheduling it at least 48 hours in advance. After two failed attempts with this business, I will not be returning to this facility. Versus informing you that they do not have the needed oil/material, they allow you to wait over an hour until you are informed that they are currently waiting on the delivery of the needed supplies. My recommendation, set an appointment. Walk ins are not ideal for supplies in not in stock after two attempts.

Very good, professional work. Communication was somewhat disjointed. I should only be  receiving calls from one knowledgeable person. Received two diffent pick-up times and two different sets of payment options. Had to report my own alignment problem as the only test driving was done in the parking lot. But they comped the charge so that was good. Front desk people have zero personal skills which is surprising because they are the 'face' of the operation. Hint- when a car is deemed ready for pick-up, have the paperwork ready. Including the itemization of the bill. And a smile and a 'Good afternoon' aren't that hard to conjure up. Again, the work was very, very good and timely and for that reason alone I will return if the need ever arises again.

I will drive completely across town to have my car serviced here.  They are trustworthy and fair.  I have always been more than satisfied with the work they have done. Keep it up guys!

My wife's vehicle was recently involved in a fender bender.   We had the repairs done here through the insurance of the person who hit her.  The the staff was very professional and courteous.   The quality of the repair was fantastic and the turnaround time was less than quoted.  They even washed, vacuumed, and shined the rims/wheels for us.  I highly recommend Atascocita Care Care and Collision!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Atascocita Car Care & Collision since they opened about 15 years ago. Service is excellent, and more importantly, I trust them to do the work that's needed - not just what will make them the most money. And the expanded facilities seem to have helped with the turn-around time on repairs, for those reviews that have talked about how long repairs have taken in the past.
