This place has consistently come through for me. I've had my car there for repairs several times. The repairs were taken care of in a reasonable length of time and were reasonably priced. They have given me options of other things I can have done while there with no pressure and they have always been things I needed done. The last time I was there having my air conditioner worked on they discovered my windshield wipers were practically falling apart. It would of been really bad had I been driving and had to use them. This kind of service I have found to be the norm here not the exception.

Short story: They damaged my car and essentially called me a liar when I brought it back and told them about it.

Long story: I brought my Buick here for a state inspection and they were not able to start it. They jumped the car and ran a battery test that said I had a bad battery (which of course is not the issue I have with them). I bought my car home because I still had warrenty on my battery, so I just needed to take the bad one out and bring it to a NAPA to swap it out. When I started the process of removing the old one, I discovered that the battery cover was broken. Any time my car needs anything simple/ routine done under the hood, we do It at home, so I am very familiar with what everything looked like before I brought it in. It looked like the person that worked on my car didn't know how to remove the battery cover, so they just ripped it off. We took it back to Louetta and the manager (Rick) asked his emplyee (Dave) about the cover and Dave said it was already like that. Rick just said he doesn't think his employees would lie and essentially told us we were done there. Do not trust these people with your car! If it was broken previously (WHICH IT WASN'T), any intelligent service employee would make note of it or tell the customer before touching anything (which they didn't).

Call to get an estimate and they are basically forcing me to come in. I would never do business with these people. Every hung is always a sales pitch. If I'm callin for information and estimate you should be able to provide that. I had all the information on my vehicle for the estimate. He did not even take the time to ask me the make and model of my vehicle he only tried to force me to come in. Basically beggin for a sale. I chose to call them because they are right across the street from my job, but guess what you just lost a potentially customer because of your poor customer service and used car sales man  tactic.

Just had my A/C compressor replaced here. I dropped it off last night and it was ready this morning. They gave me a very reasonable price and washed my truck for free. They also did a full inspection on the truck at no extra charge and found a couple of problems that need to be fixed. I declined to fix the problems for now though. Wanted to see their work first since it was my first time there. I highly recommend this place.

It's prom night and my sons ac went out this morning. They fixed it in record time at a reasonable price and saved the day!! Will definately use again and again! Thank you!
