The staff who greet you are very polite. They offered me a bottle of water and were professional. The front area is clean and comfortable. I wasn't able to utilize their services (state inspection) due to some repairs I needed to make. I gave a fair rating based on the polite service and then received a phone call from one of the management there who questioned my original review (a fair "it's okay" 3 star review). I left and made it home and I get an unsolicited call from a manager there who is unhappy with the fair three stars I reviewed with. He proceed telling me that he did me a favor by not inputting state required information into the computer and nagged me to change my review for him because he thinks he went "above and beyond." The staff on the ground there seem helpful, but the customer relationship skills of the management leave a lot to be desired. Definitely not ever going back.

Great place been using them for years. Every time I have been there my vehicles get taken care of in a timely manner. I also love the fact of having the customer shuttle, especially when you have no ride back home. Great service & great people.

My truck was not starting intermittently and being a shade tree mechanic I diagnosed it on my own and spend a day trying too fix it. After wasting a day I went too see the guys for help. In five minutes they diagnosed the problem (a completely different from what I had come up with) and fixed it. Now my truck starts every time no problem. It was refreshing too be able to sit back and not have to worry about the repair. They were very knowledgeable and professional at every point of the experience.

Came to get an estimate for my car. The people are super friendly and very helpful. I really felt that they were being honest and wanted to help. Ultimately I didn't get my car fixed there cause I was still under warranty with the dealership. But I would definitely recommend this place.

Took my srt4 there and had a great experience, everybody was polite and helpful. Didn't get the mechanics name but I dealt with a gentleman named Johnny in the office and he was awesome throughout the whole process. Very informative and finished ahead of estimated date. Would definitely recommend!
