Went for a vehicle inspection. Machine was broken. This is not the first time that has happened, but it will be the last.

The young guys that were working on Saturday were very unfriendly, unhelpful, rude people. I would recommend the owner or manager to teach them some customer service skills because there are too many places to have your oil changed that may be a few dollars more, but GREAT customer service skills that keep customers coming back

If I could give it no stars I would.  Disrespectful staff.  They do not discuss charges with you.  The don't ask what type is service you would like they just charge you for the highest rate they can.  Then tack on extras without approval.  Never in my like have I paid almost $100 for an oil change. 😡

The guys at this shop are awesome. 5 star rating all the way. Went in there yesterday to have my brakes done. They were busy yesterday but said they could fit me in for the brake job if I came in mid-day. Turns out my tire company I used a month before did not replace my wheel locks. The guys at this place though, said no worries, told me where to go to get a new wheel lock. I came back a little later that day and they said they were gonna make it happen. And they did! They do a free-service brake check where they will analyze the problem and give you a quote right away. Great service, great prices, genuine people. I went back there today to get an oil change. It's my new mechanic shop I'll take my car to every time. Good job guys! And thanks to Derick, the guy I spoke with most.
