From the moment we came into the dealership, we were met by professionals. Our experience was one that we would pass on to our family and friends. Our salesman, ED was the best, very knowledgeable. The General Manager, Ronnie was very patient and knowledgeable. We would come back to purchase another vehicle.

Don't be fooled by 5 star reviews. I'm sure they are fake. And don't get lured in by the promise of no credit check" or "199 down" -those are fake two. This place is typical old school bait and switch and not worth wasting your time on. The cars are mediocre, the staff cunning and manipulative and none of the promises that were made on the phone in advance of my visit were kept after came in to the dealership. Very disappointing and very old school. There are much better operations that are truthful, clear and not trying to take advantage of desperate customers rather than just keep things honest and simple. Stay far away. Q

The staff here at AutoStar Atlanta is the best! I am so appreciative to Carlie "Sunshine" for the great customer service and getting my in vehicle #2. Thanks to Ronnie for working things out so expeditiously and making sure that things were good with the vehicle before I left. Special Special thanks and appreciation to John for accommodating me and providing great customer service. I really do appreciate you all and will definitely refer people to you guys. Thanks! I gave Auto Star a call because the current vehicle that I have with them put me down. I had no problem making a decision to call them because the current vehicle I had with them was a very good car up until recently. When I called and spoke with Ronald and sunshine they assured me that they would stay there until I got off work and not leave until I got there and promise me I will ride that night and I did. Sunshine Ronald and another associate stayed there until 9:30 p.m. to make sure that I went home in my vehicle which proves to me that they care about their customers and about making their business to success. I also am very thankful for my account manager Gary Livingston who is always been there by my side patiently working with me and not giving me any grief or stress about my payments. Because of sunshine Ronald and Garrett's dedication and loyalty to me I will continue to be a customer of autostar finance and refer my friends. I am new owner of a 2009 Dodge Journey which I am loving and I appreciate everything that they did for me tonight thank you.
