My experience with European Automotive Specialists has been absolutely outstanding! My father had been taking his 2005 vw bug to the dealership for repairs and maintenance for quite some time when he passed EAS on his way to 285. He stopped and spoke to Patrick and never looked back. That was 4 years ago! So of course when I purchased my BMW Z3 2 years ago, he immediately recommended I take it to Patrick for a complete once over. The technicians checked it from top to bottom and fixed everything that needed to be done at a very reasonable price. They are men of integrity who never over-charge. They truly care about cars and it shows in their work. It is top-notch! They take time to form relationships with their customers and go above and beyond the call of duty. When one of my repairs took longer then Patrick had originally quoted (length of time), he PERSONALLY delivered my car to my home! That quality of customer service is almost unheard of! I appreciate that they treat my "baby" like their baby. I can honestly say they have a customer for life!

My husband and I have been customers for over seven years and we are completely satsfied with the service received and their courteous and responsive attitude they display. I call Jacob the owner and Patrick his assistant the dream team because they go beyond expectations repairing my automobile. I've been coming to EAS to service my 325 x I ever since I purchased it . I won't let anybody else touch it . These guys will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car and give you the option to make the repairs that you want to make. They don't play games with cost or pricing.... the price they quote you is the price you pay when the work is done.... there are never any additional costs that you don't know about..... they have taken me home when I had to leave my car and offer to bring me back to the shop to get it... my car is 14 years old and it has 156000 miles on it, but it purrs around 285 with the best of them. As long as I own it Jacob, Patrick and the team at a Eas will be the only ones under the hood.

MY EXPERIENCE THAT EUROPEAN AUTOMOTIVE WAS GREAT THE GUYS THERE ARE VERY HELPFUL THEY WILL DO WHAT THEY CAN TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE.AND WHEN I SAID THEY WILL GO ABOVE AN BEYOND FOR THERE CUSTOMER,HOW ABOUT THIS I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET MY ENGINE FLUSH FOR FREE YES FOR FREE . I, D. TOMLINSON RECOMMEND THAT IF YOUR CAR NEED SERVICE NO NEED TO STRESS ANYMORE EUROPEAN AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALISTS ARE HERE.

Recently had transmission work done on my 2001 SL500. The work was exemplary, got in and out quickly, and communication from Patrick (service manager) about repairs needed was excellent. I would highly recommend European Automotive Specialists of Atlanta!
