Purchased a 2018 BMW 5 series from here. Very detailed introduction from sales, along with reasonable price. Overall good experience. Haven't done my Encore Delivery, and still waiting for my license plate and title process to be completed, but I think it will be equally good as the purchase process. Recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Marcus Mullins as our Sales Advisor and Thad Flowers, Sales Manager.

Specifically, highly professional and knowledgeable about the product.  Honest, thorough and clear in the negotiating process!

These gentlemen went out of their way to accommodate our needs and assure we were happy with the terms and the vehicle.  No pressure, just patience and professionalism.

Sales staff was one of the best I've ever dealt with. They are very organized and I had no issues what so ever. I walked in knowing what I wanted and wanted out with exactly what I wanted. I've been here several times, this dealership is consistently fantastic.

I had a great experience working with Marian at Nalley BMW.  I actually went in not knowing what to look for, and really thought I was ONLY going to the lot to window shop. After all of the details, the joy ride, the laughter and feeling like I was hanging with family, I ended up coming home with a new car. Thank you so much Marian for making the experience GREAT and making sure that I was satisfied!

GO TO SPORTS MOTORING. Called to make an appointment and had to wait two (2) and a half weeks to get in. Was there 5 minutes early and I waited 40 minutes on Kelvin, who was too busy to see me, before walking up the Service Coordinator (very nice gentleman, Ryan or Bryan Blair). He double checked my request sheet with him, and I left to get to work. An hour and half later a random tech calls to re-verify everything that I spoke with Ryan/Bryan about. An hour or so after that a third person (woman who worked in the booking of appointments district) to re-re-verify everything. At this point it was after noon and it was clear they had not even looked at my car, which had been at the shop with an appointment time made for over 3 and half hours. A few hours later they send me a quote of an added $7,000 in charges. All of which were incredible marked up (nearly 80-150% above any other shop). I did not accept/differed practically of the work, except for what I came in for, and agreed to the total in the bottom, which includes tax, service fees, etc. When I arrived, I waited 35 minutes before they pulled my car around, which had been finished and ready for pick up for 2 hours.  I then stared at my car for 20minutes waiting to pay. They double charged my bill for the work, then corrected the double chargers, but now my total was $70 more than what was electronically agreed to. Luckily, Justin (who was nice and helpful) fixed to meet the agreed upon price.  Although a few team members seem to have a good work ethic, overall Nalley is only concerned with selling you a new vehicle. The salesmen were incredibly pushy when I was waiting for my car/waiting on my tech, Kevlin, to speak with me. I took my car to Sports Motoring and had all the work that BMW said I should have done for 1/3 of the price. Including having 4 brand new Run Flat tires put on for LESS than the cost of 1 Run Flat Tire from Nalley BMW.

TL;DR: Nalley BMW will waste your time, money and overcharge you by 80-150%. Go to Sports Motoring. They're fast, efficient, honest and fair priced.
