It was an unexpected transaction.  I went to the dealership just knowing in my head that the vehicle I planned on purchasing was going to be sold prior to my arrival, seeing as how an advertisement on Car Gurus had everyone and their momma, yeah I'm ghetto, coming to see the vehicle.  My salesman, Amos, has a nice demeanor and mentioned a couple of things wrong with the vehicle, and also mentioned how to keep one of the maintenance issues in tact until it could be rectified.  I give him 2 thumbs up for his honesty and sales skills.  There of course are other issues with the vehicle that I noticed while there and on the way home, but it is a used vehicle.  Teneshia and my wife also had a fun conversation while Amos and I were conducting business.  All around good transaction.

The customer service is great and if anything goes wrong they will assist with getting the car fixed.  I just don't like the fact that it cost 7.50 to pay with your card over the phone and the interest rate is like 29% you will end up paying double the price for your car longevity wise.  So if you can pay your car off earlier please do.  I know its buy here pay here but 27 to 29% is extremely high.  They have nice cars, just make sure you pay on time because they put tracking devices on all their cars... but they wont turn your car off without notifying you 1st so don't avoid them they will work with you.

Great service! Friendly and courteous staff. 
Same goes for after sale support- whenever I call or go there with questions or for service I get treated like family  If you're looking for a used vehicle for that matter and want to get honest and friendly service- go there and you won't regret it!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! They took the time to understand my needs and really listened to my concerns. Famous Amos is the man!!! I would recommend him to anyone!

Kashief in payments is evil only 3days late for payment, I'm all the way in Virginia to pick up an 8 year and 4yr old heading back and he had the repo man in Virginia to hunt me down, I begged kashief not to have it repo I was on my way back and I will pay, he said forget you and your kids, I want the car,, but do he know it's labor day weekend they will have to pay the repo man storage and pay for transportation to get the car back to Decatur, ga.. very smart kashief and I only owed $200.. lmao,,, spend more money getting it back,, he needs to be fired, I believe they write they own 5 star reviews because the customer service is terrible
