They did an ok job, except for extreme over wrapping/protection (avg 10 minutes per piece of furniture) and taking too much time. It cost me more than twice as much to move out of the house into a storage unit than it did to move out of a house into this house 5 years ago. Have your bathrooms stocked with toilet paper, also, as the movers spend quite a bit of time in your bathrooms. I will not be using them to move out of the storage unit, or anywhere else. Customer service is a joke, as the customer service manager spends all of her time interrupting you to tell you how wonderful they are, instead of being concerned about your problems with them. Buyer beware!

These guys were great! They moved us within the Atlanta area quickly and efficiently. All the workers were polite and courteous. They handled our furniture carefully. I would definitely use them again.

We were completely blown away with our moving experience. The guys were quick, energetic, helpful and pleasant. They were the most professional vendors we have ever worked with. We could not have selected a better moving company to set us up in our new home. Thanks Atlanta Peach Movers!

This is a horrible moving company and I wish I hadn't hired them. Every step of the move was a hassle. From the beginning, movers showed up late because the wrong date had been scheduled in their system despite receiving email confirmation of the correct date. After the late start, the movers arrived without the wardrobe boxes they were supposed to bring to package our clothing. They didn't shrink wrap or cover all of our furniture like they say during the estimate or on their website. As can be expected, this lack of protection resulted in a significant amount of damage to our personal belongings. We also paid extra for our TV to be dismounted and crated with our belongings, but that was also scheduled wrong so those technicians didn't show up until after the other movers had left. After significant time delays, they arrived but their work order said to take down the TV only, and it would picked up the following day. I was scheduled to leave within a few hours since it was around 8PM at this point, but they still couldn't take it despite this error which was now extending our move into 2 days. Additionally, as the movers were dismounting the TV it bumped into the head of one of the movers which we later saw left an imprint and resulted in screen damage to the TV. To complicate things, this now 2-day move resulted in me having to arrange for someone else to stay in my empty house so someone could be home for them to take it the following day. This was also a hassle to arrange because when I called the next day to set up a time for movers to arrive, Lori was too busy to listen to this error and rectify it in a timely manner. I repeatedly had to call just to get the TV picked up as I was driving across country. It gets worse, my belongings arrived in about a week, but this still didn't go well. My staircase and railings were not covered like they were in the house I moved from which is what they claim they do to protect your home. My clothes that were supposed to be in wardrobe boxes had been thrown on top of everything else in the truck. My living/dining room furniture that was supposed to be wrapped and padded had just been thrown on the truck and was dirty, stained, dented, and couch covers permanently damaged. I had a surfboard that was broken, a lot of my wooden furniture was scratched up, and the TV that was crated was broken. I turned on the TV with the movers present, and they just claimed they didn’t drop it when they saw the screen was broken. My wife took pictures of all of this negligent packing which resulted in this damage as the movers were bringing it off the truck showing these issues which were sent to the moving company during our complaint and insurance process. Due to all the damages, I made an insurance claim with them which we paid extra for the $0 deductible and full value replacement. This whole process was a horror. We filed the claim and didn't hear anything. We had to initiate multiple follow-ups about the status of the claim. A lot of the claims were denied. Why bother paying extra when they can pick and choose what to replace or say they will offer “appearance value” for damages they say they didn’t cause. Some of the furniture was repaired, but we received a depreciated value for a few items and got nothing for the rest. It took over two months for the claims process to be finalized. My wife attempted to contact the owner of the company several times, but he never contacted us. His secretary contacted us and said there was no need to talk to him and everything was fine which was not the case, as it was one problem after another. Nothing went right from scheduling, to packing, to delivering, and making the insurance claim. They don’t want to take responsibility for their errors or negligence, and overall their customer service was atrocious. I've moved long distances before and never had issues like this. I would recommend using any other moving company over this one.

My move was very smooth and EASY. Everyone from start to finish have been amazing. I am in the industry (I am a real estate broker) and will recommend Atlanta Peach Movers to all of my clients. GREAT JOB!
