I wish I could give them 0 stars but one star was my only option I was, so that's what I went with. Customer service sucks..no response. I had to file a claim due to them denting/scratching both of my refrigerators. They also damaged the electricity cord to one of my refrigerator, scratched almost all of my solid wood furniture (not just simple light scratches but deep grooves), and chipped legs. I reached out to the Director of Customer Service but she only offered to fix the electrical strip for my refrigerator even though no damaged was noted prior to my move on any of my furniture.  They placed wood furniture on top of other wood furniture thus causing the damage, but some how she doesn't see this as their movers fault. I went with this company because I thought they were professional but I was sadly mistaken.  I am reaching out to the BBB and will take further action to get my furniture fixed. RUN!!!  Do not use this company!!

This is the 3rd time I have used Bulldog Movers and they just get better and better.  My crew was Chris, Brian, Cameron and Frances.  They were AMAZING.  They showed up on time and worked very hard right down to the last minute.  They were all very careful with my furniture - and I mean that they wrapped it all carefully and they really CARED about my furniture as if it were their own.  They were polite, professional and thorough.  I am extremely happy.  Thank you Bulldog Movers and a special thank you to Chris, Brian, Cameron and Frances.  You guys ROCK!!!

Big Joe is wonderful! Him and his crew got me moved in less then 2 hours. nothing scratched or broken. These guys are professional and super nice. Call and ask for Big Joe, you wont regret it!

Cudos to Jim for arranging our recent move and accommodating our crazy schedules.  The move team of Johnnie, Mark and Carlos was super professional, respectful of our belongings and NEVER complained about the 2 flights of stairs!  Our cost was exactly what we anticipated and the service was over the top!   We will certainly recommend Bulldog Movers in the future and will use them again when the need arises.

I contacted them 4 days ago to get a price and time frame for moving a bed dresser fridge and stove.....I still have not heard back I guess its to small a job for them to even reply back.
after reading complaints i'm glad I didn't use them, if they cant even reply back to these complaints to acknowledge, apologize or defend themselves. Then they are definately a company i'm glad I wont do business with.
