My husband and I went here during their black Friday weekend event since they had advertised such great prices. Picked out a bed set and things seemed to going well. That only lasted until we left the store that day. Our estimated arrival was 2 - 3 weeks. 2 weeks came and went and we never heard anything, so I called they said another 2 weeks. I would have appreciated some communication. Then when our furniture did arrive the mirror was broken, so no big deal, things happen during shipping, I understand that. What I don't understand is how a week can go by and no one gets a hold of you to replace it. So finally I called back and asked, they said they had ordered me a new mirror and would call for delivery once it was in. Again, waited a week and nothing so I called, they said it was on the delivery list for tomorrow. Next day I got told it would be delivered in the morning, didn't come, then between 2-3, again never came. NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever, I ended up waiting around all day on a Saturday for them to arrive...the real kicker..they finally show up at like 7:00pm and its the floor model mirror! They didn't even try to remove the stickers, and then left behind the garbage on my floor. I was livid and went straight to the showroom to ask what was going on. Their excuse was that "we were just trying to get you a mirror quicker, it may be a floor model but it's just as nice." Now I wasn't trying to be a bitch but when you pay for something new, you expect what you pay for. So they said they would indeed order me a new mirror (even though they had supposedly already done that 2 weeks prior) and would call me for delivery. Its been almost a month and I still have no new mirror and unfortunately at this point I've just given up. This company has no respect for their customers, no communication skills and I would advise others to run...run far away from this store.

Price was OK and the shopping experience was OK, even if the place is a bit run-down. However the delivery was a mess. They were several hours late...I had to literally drive up to the shop to get them working...and even then they only sent one guy to deliver my couch. So I had to help this one guy carry the couch into my house, and they still expected a delivery fee! Poor service. Will not be returning, and I do not recommend.

Worst place! Horrible customer service and waited a month to have half of the furniture we ordered delievered. They did not have the couch that was ordered and did not bother to call to tell us we had to call them. They also gave a hard time about refunding our money and only refunded some of it and everyone had a different excuse. When the bunk beds that were ordered were delievered they didn't even have the mattress with them. Tried to give them a second chance since the last set if furniture that was ordered took several deliveries as well but never again!

If your looking for great furniture at a great price shop here. Ask for Sunny. He's an awesome sales person. No gimmicks, no hassle, and no hidden/added fees anywhere. The manager Dave will go above an beyond to make sure you leave happy!

We went in at the beginning of November to purchase a table and a twin bedroom set and here it is about to be Christmas, and we haven't received anything. Was told it would take 3 weeks, but we are still waiting. Honesty would have worked. It wasn't everyone fault, it was the salesman fault we delt with. Will never go back there.
