We went to Rooms To Go because of the sale. I was hoping we wouldn't get a pushy salesperson. Jim was super helpful. He pointed us in the direction of the type of couch we were looking for and let us browse alone. He caught up with us several times to answer questions and gave us time to talk privately when we tried to make a decision. He is an asset to that store. Jim made us feel very welcome and helped make the process very easy.

RTG is usually one if my least favorite places to visit because of the commission driven sales people but the past few visits we've had have been enjoyable. Each salesperson we talked to we're very helpful, especially in helping locate a specific type of lift chair for a visiting relative. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with a quick turnaround on delivery of less than two weeks.

a great place to buy furniture. lot of styles a lot to choose from and also a lot of  choices to make. The thing that I like the most was the fast delivery and set-up..

Our family and extended family have purchased furniture through Rooms to Go for a few years now. We've enjoyed the customer service from Scott most of all. He is nice, patient and willing to answer every question that we have, even the ones that needs very specific details. The store itself is very clean and the furniture is very nice.

Bought an adjustable bed.  After a few weeks,  we went back and told him  we didn't like the bed.  He told us that we have to keep it 30 days.  So after 30 days,  we called to return it,  customer service said,  we can't return it after 48 hours. She transferred us to salesman. He then told us,  we can't return it,  only exchange it.. He out right lied to us from the beginning.  !!!!
