We love Havertys Furniture, and have purchased many pieces from them. A kitchen table that we purchased had an issue about a month after we bought it and they were very quick to come out and take care of it. We would buy from them again.

Great designs...limited options on display

My wife and I have purchased all of our furniture here. Since moving 900 miles from Mass to Greenville, we have been in every furniture store around. James Napier was our sales person. This guy ALWAYS took care of my wife and I. He always worked with us on pricing, delivery, and if I had an issue, he FIXED it. James was no nonsense. We had an issue with a table, the one received was defective, he not only took care of the return and such, but he went in and gave me money back, which I did not ask for.

I was very upset to learn that he had passed away in January. He was younger than I, and my wife and I were in shock. We dealt with another sales person today, but she was not interested in any negotiation, and offered none. James on the other hand would say this is the price for this, go to his computer and say I can offer it to you for this, and more often than not, my wife and I bought immediately. I really missed James today.

My wife and I need a couple of pieces of furniture, we may try going back in a few weeks to speak with another sales person.

Clean store friendly place . Very helpful staff . Never pushy very knowledgeable on products
