I have been a patient of Dr Kostick for several years now. She is an excellent caring doctor. All her staff are friendly and knowledgeable in their positions assisting in your care. I have had both cataracts done & am pleased with the results. My husband is also a patient because of my recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Kostick to my friends.

Great eye Surgeon,always concerned about the patient and follows up status on the patient How do I know I trusted my eyes with her for about 13 years.

Just left this office and I'm trying to calm down a bit. I made this appointment weeks ago for my 88 yr old mother in law. They asked us to arrive 45 minutes early for the new patient paperwork, which we did. We arrived at 1:15 for our 2:00 appointment. Upon arriving I already had some doubts, the young receptionist was doing all she could to answer phones, fix computer problem, check in patients, etc. she really could use some help. The office manager obviously had problems of her own since she was not helping. Anyways we were still waiting to see the doctor at 4 pm. My mother in law is upset thinking the drops for dialating her eyes have wore off. Of course we were in an exam room since about 3 pm. We never met the doctor and I'm sure she was a great doctor but her staff obviously do not know how to schedule and treat patients. I understand emergencies and such happen, but a good doctors office will let the patients know why such a long delay. I left our exam room and let the office know we had to leave and could not wait any longer. As we were walking out the door, this lady comes up and smartly asking us why we are leaving etc. I assume she is the office manager and I should have asked her what her name was. I could go into great detail as to what she said to me and my mother in law. Her remarks were very disturbing to my mother in law. She had already been thru a lot that day, and the technicians could not even get the exam chair and etc. lined up to her. It took two of them and they never did get it right. She is small and is only 5'3"", but really? On one more note, this doctor has more advertising and certificates on wall for cosmetic surgery than eye health care. So if you are looking for a good eye doc, I would look elsewhere
