Normally I love going to Kwik Trip cause I know the standard you guys have for keeping things clean but the men's bathroom was so descuting and the toilet I didn't even wanna use cause there was pee everywhere and the toilet was clogged come on do better please. I love Kwik Trip but this is too much.
I am always impressed with the amount of fresh items there are. It smells delicious when you walk in. They have a lot to offer in the store, like a mini market with lots of good items. Also, they have an impressive coffee bar with tons of options. I like the Quik Trip a lot ! Oh ! Rural Route 1 pop popcorn here !!! The BEST !
I have taught customer service for over 22 years and loved the experience at this location. Cleanliness is great and you can feel the teamwork and happiness in the staff! I think I was greeted by 4 employees to just grab a soda. Management is doing the right thing here!
Coffee is always fresh!!!! Please properly show employees how to handle money, coins first then bills in one order/direction!!!!! Thank you
Kwik Trips are a picture of quality everywhere. On a trip we buy fuel and go potty, sometimes buying a snack.
Horrible attitude from cashier Yvonne! She Got impatient because goggle pay wasn't working. Raised her voice tone on me. I Could not be able to handle embarrassment.
One of my favorite stops between Chicago and Minneapolis. Fuel is always better priced, Diesel available for big semis or small trucks Staff ALWAYS smile with courtesy and most importantly BATHROOMS are ALWAYS clean!
This location put a bunch of time and money into expanding. It's a bit bigger now. It didn't really change their inventory, and it still feels pretty cramped in there, but it's nicer. The staff is always so helpful and nice. That's what made me give them 4 stars. If it wasn't for the nice staff, they'd probably be at a 2-3 for me.
I've never been to a Kwik Trip before lived out of state until now. My first impression was very good! The lady at the checkout counter was super nice! I told her I was from our of town and we chatted for a bit and she told me about the rewards card and gave me one to sign up!!
Went to the counter before pumping diesel and they told me I had to pump before using the mudflap code. I went back to the pump and I pressed the intercom button and they authorized it without even talking to me. After I paid, they have me a receipt with a company name and truck # that weren't even mine. I asked them to change it but the manager said she couldn't and that's how I need to take the receipt. The owner needs to get this place straightened out because I could've driven off with $900 worth of fuel and the only information they would've had was another company's name and truck #. Not to mention the older lady being rude telling me to go out and hang it up because my company name or truck# wasn't showing up on their system. Thanks for complicating my day. Won't be stopping here in the future, too many incompetent ppl.
