If you have to do business with a big bank and want to have the same experience of a small, local bank that offers friendly service , Chase is the way to go. It is the only bank that offers its users a truly, state of the art technology experience when banking witth mobile devices. It allows users to do complex wire transfers at the palm of their hands. Also users can view their credit score for free, view/ pay their credit card balances, and deposit checks with their smartphones. In addition to state of the art technology, Chase offers some of the best credit cards you can find in the market. The Chase Sapphire Reserve is a must have for frequent travelers, or diners. You get three times the points for dining and travel, $300 annual travel credit that can be used on airline tickets, baggage fees, train tickets, hotel stays, and cruises. Your points can also be transferred to a wide variety of travel partners, such as United, Hyatt, Marriott, Intercontinental Hotel Group, British Airways, Southwest Airlines, Korean Air, or Air France. Points are worth 1.5 cents per dollar and the introductory bonus is 50,000 points when you spend $4,000 in the first three months of opening the card. The 50,000 points are worth $750 that could be redeemed for travel. Now, you may be wondering if you have to be a frequent traveler to justify the annual $450 fee. The answer is, "no". You could be a teacher making roughly $40,000 to $50,000 a year that just wants to accumulate travel rewards for luxury vacations as long as you have excellent credit, pay all your bills on time, and do not have any negative credit history/ public records/ past bankruptcies over the past seven years.

Terrible. Been a customer for over ten years and they won't even fax document for you. Obama gives them billions and they're still too stingy to fax five pages. Time to leave Chase for good.

I had hoped cashing a Chase Bank check at Chase Bank would be relatively simple. Unfortunately the fact that I don’t have an account there resulted in an ‘8 dollar courtesy fee.’ After stopping short of begging the two guys in suits to waive the fee (they refused) I reluctantly let them cash it and take 8 dollars of my hard earned money. If you’re looking for a bank that’s forgotten the meaning of the word ‘courtesy’ or perhaps if you’re seeking a bank excelling in callous disregard of reason and sympathy, hit these guys up. Additionally, if your Grandmother writes you an 8 dollar check for your birthday and you hope to cash it there without an account, prepare to have them say ‘thanks’ before showing you the door.
