This branch seems to have some management issues. The last 3 times I have gone here have been a little rough - ATM out of cash, waited 10 minutes to get service in the drive through, and long line at the counter. UWCU has a nice online interface though, which keeps me returning as a customer.

The LEAST helpful and most rude and unknowledgable staff around. Overwhelming how little they care about you as a customer. If you're looking to open an account I'd highly recommend to stay away from this bank and this branch in particular

UWCU sets the bar very high for credit unions. I joined in Nov of 2012 after hearing that i had better chances of obtaining a car loan than from a bank. They extended a loan, and then some. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Excellent customer service, excellent services period. Their online financial planning tools are great perks, too. I get a free detailed copy of my credit report monthly! You don't have to be affiliated with the UW to be a member. If you want to feel in control of your finances, and not constantly ripped off by a bank, I certainly recommend doing business here.

I've been so happy with this bank. The tellers are always friendly and helpful, never rude or impatient. Anytime I've ever had a question or concern, I get a call back within hours.
