Josh Hawley, You just got elected a year ago, and you and your employees are not doing the job we elected you to do. What are your employees doing while you are running around campaigning for the Senate when you just got elected to AGO.. .It doesn't look like you care much about the job you are supposed to be doing for us Missourians. Your employees need an Attitude adjustment. They work for us , supposedly.!!!! Don't believe they have been told that yet. You need to tell them and while you're at it , Remind yourself. I am starting to think Claire McCaskill cares more about the welfare of Missourians than you do. I voted for you and contributed to your campaign and you are letting us down. Diana M. Hart.

I had a Claim against Direct TV for turning off my Service on Thanksgiving weekend because they were trying to unbundle me from Century Link after Three months of trying to get it done with both Company's. I called DirecTV all that week end and couldn't find out why it was turned of because they were backing up files and couldn't get into my account to tell me why. Two days later I got a Fine for $420.00 for them turning it off not me. When I called them they threatened me with ruining my credit, so I payed them. Then I filed a Claim with AGO to get my money back. The Employee that they assigned my Claim to did nothing but transfer my correspondence to At&t and Correspondence to me and most of the time is was emailed to me only when I would email her. Then she would send me something from At&t that was dated weeks ago. Finally, after all my correspondence At&t wanted to give me$158.00, which I refused because they were wrong and should have payed me the $420.00. After waiting weeks to hear from the AGO Employee I finally emailed her last Friday asking about the Case and today she emailed At&t's response. They aren't going to reimburse me anything. During all this the AGO Employee had the " At&t Bully's " calling me harrassing me at home because she refused to talk to them. They are quite the Cutthroat Relentless Bullies, even treathning me and accusing me of trying to steal from Directv. They are the ones that are stealing and At&t is endorsing it, and the AGO is letting them. This is the Employee's fault that I did not get my money back. How can she work there. and not talk or help people. Its a Self Help Program Folks. Do it Yourself. I voted for Josh Hawley and contributed to his Campaign. It looks like he is ignoring his job that we elected him to do and that some of the Employees are not doing their job. I am going to think twice about voting for him for the Senate. Claire McCaskill is probably more helpful and sympathetic to the people of Missouri. Diana M. Hart

If there's one thing I would like to communicate to the employees of the State of Missouri it would be: you're job is to serve the people of Missouri, learn some customer service skills. I had another one of those bad experiences today, this time with the AG's office.

Kudos for stepping up and calling out the DOJ. After the civil war, the Dept of Justice was set up to combat racism. It is now the preeminent advocate for racism in this country. Yours is the only unapologetic voice that has pointed that out. Thanks again for that.
