I have never been delinquent on a bill and this is still the worst utility I have ever dealt with.  When they switched to the new payment system, they deleted my online access and I have never been able to reestablish it so I let them send paper copies of my bill.  You can never get anyone on the phone.  The only way to resolve any issue is to go in person and wait in line which isn't ideal for online problems.  City of Columiba - PLEASE outsource this service to a private company.

Horrible horrible service. Their new system is a joke, none of their bills are sent out on time and they're never available for phone calls. Yet, they still send people out to shut you off for bills THEY NEVER SENT. Add to that, they're still using the excuse 'its the new system' for why you can't get a hold of them via phone.

Utility comp had me in a dangerous situation for 4 hours. They kept saying that someone was on they way but the worker never showed up. I ended up having to call the fire department. That worker should be in trouble for saying he is on his way when he clearly wasn't, especially in an emergancy situation. Shame on you guys, also I wish we had a choice of electric companies I would switch in a heart beat. The city of columbia is horrible.

They shut off my electric with no notice and havent sent me a bill in 9 months
